Maintenance contract management
Research, interview, vet and hire new vendors; manage their initial projects closely to ensure quality.
Schedule, manage and oversee incoming foot traffic into the properties (visiting guests, vendors, deliveries, etc)
Ensure properties are clean, organized and stocked and hold all vendors and employees accountable to Principal’s detailed standards of such. Reset the Principal’s home prior to and after daily activities
Budget development and payables management. If needed, act as bookkeeper. Work with established bookkeeper to manage the weekly/monthly bill payment of the Estate, Payroll and Vendor Repairs and Projects that stay within budget.
Ensure vehicles are clean and coordinate maintenance and service
Household calendar/schedule management
Maintain records and confidential files
Receive deliveries and mail; ship items which include returns by mail and to stores.
